- Email and phone virtuoso - must handle both mediums very well
- Curious individual with a thirst for knowledge in our craft
- Be able to take a task and run with it
Other skills we are looking for: (a plus)
- Experience in any construction trade
- Software skills
- Project management experience
- Experience with commercial projects (hospitality projects a plus)
Job Responsibilities:
- Design project schedules and communicate objectives wtih team players
- Delegate tasks to team and monitor performance/delivery
- Communicate with vendors and provide resources to keep the project moving
- Be able to plan the work and work the plan
- Like what you do (a must)
